ReCollect Systems Inc. manages the reminder service on behalf of the Region. ReCollect Systems Inc. uses a data center located in New York, NY to store and access the personal contact information you provided. Only ReCollect Systems Inc. has access to the information. The personal information will be used for purposes associated with the curbside (blue box) recycling program.
