Project Description:
  1. The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites quotes from qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of Concrete Cylinder Pipe – Repair Adapters.
  2. Sealed bids should be clearly marked “Quote for the Supply & Delivery of Concrete Cylinder Pipe Adapters ITQ No.2019-532, Attention: Alexandria Zayonc, Purchasing Agent”,
  3. Quotes will be received via email to until 3:00 pm, PST, Tuesday October 8th, 2019. Quotes received after the closing will not be accepted or considered. Delays caused by any delivery, courier or mail service(s) will not be grounds for an extension of the closing time. Proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened to the Proponent.
  4. The Quote Forms are contained in this document and inquiries can be made by contacting Shayne Irg, P.Eng.,
  5. Quotes must be submitted on the following forms which are provided in this Invitation to Quote:
