"This is a great opportunity for anyone developing a career in law enforcement. Through this scholarship, we have supported students of all ages, from those just starting to adult learners transitioning their careers," said Dean Murdock, Chair of the Traffic Safety Commission. "This is the seventh year we can honour Constable Beckett's memory by contributing to education for those who are committed to caring for community safety, and it is inspiring to see her legacy in action."

Applications for the 2023 scholarship will be accepted until July 7, 2023. The application form and criteria are available at https://crdtrafficsafety.ca/cst-sarah-beckett-memorial-scholarship/.
