Land managers and stewards of farms and rural property in the capital region are invited to attend a free stormwater management workshop. Learn how to incorporate green infrastructure and other best practices to help reduce pollution in our waterways.
Participants will gain knowledge and practical tools on the following topics:

Balance drainage and retention goals
Soil health and water
How to slow, sink, spread and store rainwater on rural landscapes
Drainage basics and water pollution prevention
Using GIS tools for planning
