Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park (Saanich)
From towering trees to tiny mosses, plants are the foundation of
the forest ecosystem we live in here on the coast. Meet some of
your plant neighbours and enjoy some fun facts about each one. Drop by anytime between 11am and 2pm.
Meeting place: This walk begins near the information kiosk at the Filter Beds parking lot.
Trail Description: 800m total distance. Compact surface trail with exposed tree roots. Majority of walk on gravel compact trail. May be muddy after rain events. One bench on route. Accessible washroom available near the parking lot. Wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly.
