Francis/King Regional Park (Saanich)
Plants are budding, birds are singing and bees are buzzing! Animals know that spring is here and summer is on the way. Join a CRD Regional Parks naturalist with your little ones as we play games and learn about what animals do in the springtime. There is no fee for this program but you must pre-register by April 30, as space is limited.
Trail Description: 800m loop with seven benches along the way. Boardwalk and compact gravel surfaces with slight incline. Washrooms available near parking lot. Wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly. We may encounter dogs in our parks. This trail requires all dogs to be on leash.
Please note: We like pets too. However, their presence can be disruptive for some folks. If you plan to attend one of our programs, please leave pets at home. Guide and service animals are, of course, welcome.
