The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites eligible electors of Salt Spring Island to participate in the 2023 Salt Spring Island Local Community Commission Election, scheduled for Saturday, May 27, 2023.
To help interested candidates learn more about the Local Community Commission and the nomination process, the CRD will host a virtual Candidate Information Session on Thursday, March 30 at 1pm. The session will provide an overview of the LCC's roles and responsibilities, remuneration, time commitment, and other details.
