Project Description:

The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites quotes from qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of orthophotography and other GIS products.

All those intending to quote must submit a signed data sharing agreement and request CRD’s Vendor package prior to submitting a quote. The CRD Vendor package includes data for:
• CRD administrative boundaries;
• Each AOI as outlined in this Invitation to Quote;
• Current CRD digital elevation model data;
• CRD tile grid;
• Current CRD contours;
• Building rooflines;

 

Arrangements to obtain the Data Sharing Agreement and the Vendor package can be made by contacting Michael Perra after 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 17, 2023.

Quotes may be submitted digitally by e-mail to mperra@crd.bc.ca or ZendTo file-drop (Zendto.crd.bc.ca). However, Vendors should submit well in advance of the closing deadline to ensure submissions are received complete before closing. The time on Michael Perra's PC shall be used as the deciding time when submissions are sent by e-mail or file-drop.
