INVITATION

The Capital Regional District (“CRD”) invites detailed proposals from consultants (the "Proponents") in strict accordance with these Proposal Documents (CRD, RFP SSI 2022-011). The proposals will be evaluated for the selection of a consultant (or consultants) with the intent to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) to provide the services described in Appendix “A”.

The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD”, invites Proposals from qualified professionals to provide plans, prioritisation and recommendations for the development of an Active Transportation Plan for the Salt Spring Island Electoral Area.

There is a $60 000 budget for this work for a 7 month period. The District reserves the right to award in whole or in part.

A Contract will not necessarily result from this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).

CLOSING TIME AND DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

The CRD will accept either a hard copy or an electronic submission.
