Project Description:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

1. INVITATION
The CRD invites Proposals for the supply of professional engineering services to investigate, and design new backup power systems for the Highland Fernwood water treatment plant on and ancillary booster pumps by reviewing and evaluating existing system capacities, providing equipment recommendations and system design. The standby power will be required to operate the plants during a temporary loss of BC Hydro service.

A Contract will not necessarily result from this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
The successful Proponent may be awarded further work without a competition.

2. CLOSING TIME AND DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

The CRD will accept either a hard copy or an electronic submission.

The CRD will accept two (2) copies of each proposal and one (1) USB, in accordance with the instructions contained herein, at the following specific physical location:
