Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "Tender for Contract Number 2017-304 –SOOKE LAKE POWER LINE UPGRADE AND REPAIRS " will be received by the Purchaser,Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00 pm local time on September 12, 2017, at which time they will be opened in public.

The works to be constructed under this Contract include, but are not limited to: Replacement or repair of existing overhead power line equipment including poles, grounding, guys, loadbreak switch(es), lightning arrestors, signage, labelling and vegetation management.

Digital copies of Specifications, Drawings, Contract Documents, and Tender Form will be available for no cost electronic download from the CRD website at after registering as a vendor.
Registration is done on the website at no cost.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting to review the scope of work and safety procedures will be held at CRD IWS at 479 Island Highway in the Main Conference Room August 29, 2017 at 10:00 am.
