CONTRACT 70.21.01-04

INVITATION TO TENDER

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "Tender for Royal Theatre Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems Upgrade, Contract 70.21.01-04" will be received by Erica Fremeau, Contracts Coordinator, Facilities Management & Engineering Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 625 Fisgard Street, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00:00 pm local time on September 2, 2022, at which time they will be opened in public.

The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of Royal Theatre heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems upgrade works including equipment supply, mechanical, electrical, testing, commissioning, start-up and training.

The construction period is anticipated to commence on or about October 3, 2022 and must be completed by April 28, 2023.

Digital copies of Tender document may be downloaded at no cost from www.crd.bc.ca/about/contrats-rfpsl, after registering as a vendor, and at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca without registration. Vendors are encouraged to check BCBid regularly for updates and not rely on e-mail notifications, as e-mail is inherently unreliable and subject to interruptions.

A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at the Royal Theatre at 1:30pm on August 17, 2022.
