Introduction
The Capital Regional District (CRD) is prequalifying Contractors to complete Full Segment Lining of select circular and non-circular gravity sewer mains. Technologies contemplated for use at this time include only Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP).
The Capital Regional District (“CRD”) invites submissions (each a “Response”) to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from experienced lining contractors (each a “Respondent”) interested in constructing the Bowker Sewer Rehabilitation project (the “Project”).
The CRD has engaged AECOM Canada (“AECOM”) as the designer for the Project. The final design will be included in the subsequent, if any, Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”).
