INVITATION

The Capital Regional District (“CRD”) invites detailed proposals from consultants (the "Proponents") in strict accordance with these Proposal Documents (CRD, RFP No. 2023-019). The proposals will be evaluated for the selection of a consultant with the intent to negotiate to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) to provide the services described in Appendix “A”.

The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD”, invites Proposals from qualified practitioners and/or firms for the design and facilitation of a planning session, and priority setting session with CRD newly elected Local Community Commission.
The initial term of the agreement for the RFP will be June 30, 2023 to September 30, 2023 or when the LCC adopts their priorities for 2023-2026, whichever comes last.  By mutual agreement, the start date may be altered by the parties.

The CRD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the agreement an additional three (3) month period upon mutual agreement between parities being reached before expiry of current agreement.
The District reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition.
