Invitation
The Capital Regional District invites detailed proposals from consultants (the "Proponents") in strict accordance with these Proposal Documents (CRD, RFP No. EPRO2022-031). The proposals will be evaluated for the selection of a service provider with the intent to negotiate to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) to provide the services described in Appendix “A”.
The Capital Regional District (CRD), hereinafter referred to as the "CRD”, invites Proposals for the Residential Energy Retrofit Program.
The contract to conduct this service will be for five years. The CRD reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition.
A Contract will not necessarily result from this Request for Proposal (“RFP”).

Closing Time and Date for Submission of Proposals
The CRD will only accept electronic submissions only, please submit to Valerie Landa vlanda@crd.bc.ca.
Send technical and financial proposals in separate emails with subject lines as follows:

“EPRO2022-031 Residential Energy Retrofit Program - Financial Proposal submission
On or before the following date and time (the “Closing Time”):
Time: 4:00 PM (Local Time)
Date: July 7, 2022
The CRD reserves the right to extend the Closing Time at its sole discretion.
