The Capital Regional District (“CRD”) invites submissions (each a “Response”) to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from experienced companies (each a “Respondent”) interested in providing design and construction services for a new prefabricated Portable Pump Station (the “Project”). Mobility and durability of the pump station are particularly important for the Project. The Project is required by CRD Integrated Water Services for interim pumping during the maintenance and construction of existing and new water pump stations.
Based on the Responses, in accordance with the terms of this RFQ, the CRD expects to select a shortlist of three (3) Proponents to participate in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) stage of the Competitive Selection Process.
