Project Description:

The CRD is seeking a qualified project manager to support the project through to completion as follows:

  1. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of project deliverables,
  2. Define the scope of work for each deliverable in collaboration with the CRD
  3. Create work plans with sequenced activities to successfully complete the work
  4. Execute the project according to a project management plan,
  5. Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments to ensure successful completion collaboration with the CRD
  6. Monitor and track budget expenditures within the approved budget
  7. Communicate and write reports on the project status for the CRD
  8. Ensure that the project  deliverables are on  time, within scope and budget and at the required level of quality
  9. develop a terms of reference for each of the components, work with CRD staff through the procurement process, write recommendation for award of contractors and manage the selected contractors.
