Project Description:

The CRD is inviting proposals from applicant organizations to conduct a Community Point-in-Time Count in March 2023 for the Capital Metropolitan Area. Reaching Home: Canada’s Homelessness Strategy is a community-based program aimed at reducing and preventing homelessness. Officially launched April 1, 2019, this federal homelessness program is supporting the most vulnerable people in the Capital Region by improving access to safe, stable and affordable housing.  The CRD is the Community Entity for Reaching Home Designated Communities funding and administers these funds in the Capital Region.

This Call for Proposals (CFP) is for Designated Communities funding. Please note the specific funding objectives of this CFP. Funding is subject to the approval of funding by the Government of Canada. Details can be found in the Application Guide.
