Take notice that on     July 4th, 2022                           a Certificate of Completion, or court order to that effect, was issued with respect to a Contract between

            Capital Regional District, Victoria, British Columbia                                     
and
            Five Star Paving Co. Ltd.                                                                   

in connection with an improvement on land described as follows:

Panorama Recreation Centre, 1885 Forest Park Drive, North Saanich, BC

for the provision of:

Site Grading Construction for Multi-Sport Court

All persons entitled to claim a lien under the Builders' Lien Act and who performed work or supplied material in connection with or under the Contract are warned that the time to file a claim of lien may be abridged and section 20 of the Act should be consulted.

PANORAMA RECREATION CENTRE MULTI-SPORT COURT –

SITE GRADING CONSTRUCTION

CONTRACT 80.21.01-02

INVITATION TO TENDER

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "Tender for PANORAMA RECREATION CENTRE MULTI SPORT COURT – SITE GRADING CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACT 80.21.01-02" will be received by the General Manager, Parks & Environmental Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 625 Fisgard Street, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00:00 pm local time on June 15, 2021, at which time they will be opened in public.

The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include the following:

Site grading and preparation for the construction of a multi-sport court and playground.

Digital copies of the tender document can be downloaded from www.crd.bc.ca/about/contracts-rfps/ and at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

The construction period is anticipated to commence on or before June 21, 2021 and must be completed by August 24, 2021.

The successful bidder is required to act as the Prime Contractor in accordance with the WorkSafe BC Act and Regulations, responsible for work site safety of this project.

A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at Panorama Recreation Centre 1885 Forest Park Drive, North Saanich, BC at 10:00 a.m. on June 1, 2021.
