NOI Title: Architectural Consulting Services for CRD Headquarters Building
Capital Regional District

Notice is hereby given that the Capital Regional District (the “CRD”) intends to directly award a contract to the following supplier to provide Architectural Consulting Services for CRD Headquarters Building for a term of 12 months at an estimated value of $130,500.00

The CRD has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:

  • A situation of urgency exists and the goods and services are urgently required, and delay would be injurious to the public interest.

The timely completion of tenant improvements is required within a tight timeline, and the consultant has extensive experience in designing and completing tenant improvements in local government offices.

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Linda Fogarty, Contracts Coordinator by email to lfogarty@crd.bc.ca before 2:00:00pm Pacific time, March 29, 2021.

The CRD will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
