December 20, 2021:

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope “Tender for Contract Number 2021-723 – JDF System Expansion – Skirt Mountain" will be received by the Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District by email at PurchasingIWS@crd.bc.ca or at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00 pm local time on February 3, 2022, at which time they will be opened in private.

The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following:
Part A – McCallum Pump Station
Part B – Pump Station 7 and Tank 4 Reservoir

A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be hosted by the CRD to review the site conditions, laydown areas, crane access, and layout, will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday Jan 13, 2022, at the Skirt Mountain Pump Station 7/Tank 4 site off of Bear Mountain Pkwy. Tenderers will require their own vehicles capable of safely travelling on steep and winding gravel roads. Tenderers are recommended to visit the site to ensure that they have satisfied themselves of everything and of every condition that could affect the execution of the work. Tenderers are encouraged to make enquiries to satisfy themselves of the work requirements.
