INVITATION TO TENDER
Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope “2021-698 – SAANICH PENINSULA
WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT – INSTALLATION OF ROTARY PRESS" will be
received by the Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District (CRD) at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00 pm local time on July 20, 2021.
The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, removal of old solids handling equipment and mechanical and electrical installation of Owner supplied solids dewatering Rotary Press at the Saanich Peninsula Wastewater Treatment Plant (SPWWTP).
Digital copies of Specifications, Drawings, Contract Documents, and Tender Form will be
available for no cost electronic download from the CRD website at
https://www.crd.bc.ca/about/contracts-rfps/current after registering as a vendor.
Registration is done on the website at no cost.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting for the project will be held on June 29th, 2021 at 9:30 am. Tenderers will meet CRD staff at the Saanich Waste Water Treatment Plant
(SPWWTP) parking lot at 9055 Mainwaring Road, Victoria. CRD staff will escort the
Tenderers to the Rotary Press Installation site at the SPWWTP. Tenderers are
recommended to visit the site to ensure that they have satisfied themselves of everything and of every condition that could affect the execution of the work. Tenderers are encouraged to make enquiries to satisfy themselves of the work requirements.
