*June 11, 2021: Addendum No1 Posted - Pre-Tender Meeting Time Change*

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope “2021-693 – SAANICH PENINSULA
WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT - CONCRETE REPAIRS" will be received by the
Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District (CRD) at their offices
at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00 pm local time on July 6, 2021.

The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to: cleaning and
removal of deteriorated concrete surfaces; removal and replacement of structural beams;
shotcrete, troweling, finishing and applying a membrane to newly repaired concrete. The
majority of the work will be within confined spaces as classified by WorkSafe BC.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting for the project will be held on June 15th, 2021 at 10:00 am. Tenderers will meet CRD staff at the Saanich Waste Water Treatment Plant
(SPWWTP) parking lot at 9055 Mainwaring Road, Victoria. CRD staff will escort the
Tenderers to the specific concrete repair sites at the SPWWTP. Tenderers are
recommended to visit the site to ensure that they have satisfied themselves of everything
and of every condition that could affect the execution of the work. Tenderers are
encouraged to make enquiries to satisfy themselves of the work requirements.
