May 17, 2021: INVITATION TO TENDER
Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope “2021-690 – UPPER DEAN
RESERVOIR ROOF REPLACEMENT" will be received by the Purchaser, Integrated
Water Services of the Capital Regional District (CRD) at their offices at 479 Island
Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00 pm local time on June 22, 2021.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Due to Covid concerns, a scheduled non-mandatory information meeting will be hosted
by CRD representative and Stantec representative to discuss the projects specifics.
Informational meetings will be scheduled to minimize group sizes. The information
meeting(s) will be held outside at the Upper Dean Park Reservoir. All attending
proponents are to wear masks and maintain 2m spacing while on site. Scheduled times
will be provided after proponent requests have been received. All proponents are to
formally submit a request to attend an information session as follows:

Site visits will be conducted on June 01 and/or June 02, 2021. Upon receipt of all requests, additional information will be sent to each proponent.
Tenderers will require their own vehicles capable of travelling on rough gravel roads.
Tenderers are encouraged to make enquiries to satisfy themselves of the work
requirements and laydown areas for materials and equipment.
