Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope “2020-610 / ANSON ROAD DOCKCONSTRUCTION" will be received by the Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 3:00 pm local time on October 01, 2020.

The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to; the design, supply and construction of Anson Road Dock Facility to include approach, gangway, floats, and intertidal protective berm. This will also include the supply of shop drawings and as constructed drawings, and to supply transportation for 3 CRD representatives for the substantial completion/deficiency walk once construction is complete.

Digital copies of Specifications, Drawings, Contract Documents, and Tender Form will be available for no cost electronic download from the CRD website at https://www.crd.bc.ca/about/contracts-rfps/current after registering as a vendor. Registration is done on the website at no cost.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting for Marine Contractors will be held on September 16, 2020 at 10:00 am at 479 Island Highway, Victoria in the Goldstream Conference Room. Tenderers are recommended to visit the site to ensure that they have satisfied themselves of everything and of every condition that could affect the execution of the work. Tenderers are encouraged to make enquiries to satisfy themselves of the work requirements.
