Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope “2020-560 – LUDLOW PUMP STATION UPGRADE" will be received by the Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 3:00 pm local time on January 13, 2021.
The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to; the supply and construction of upgrades to Ludlow Pump Station to include new pumps, variable frequency drives, generator, various electrical upgrades and renewal of the existing structure. This will also include the supply of shop drawings and as constructed drawings.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting for Contractors will be held on December 9, 2020 at 10:00 am at the site location, 2080 Ludlow Road in Sooke. Tenderers are recommended to visit the site to ensure that they have satisfied themselves of everything and of every condition that could affect the execution of the work. Tenderers are encouraged to make enquiries to satisfy themselves of the work requirements.
