Durwest Construction Management Inc., acting as Construction Managers for the Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) - Michigan Square Affordable Housing Redevelopment, invites tender submissions for the Excavation & Site Services Contract. The overall project consists of Two Four-Storey Multi-Family Residential Buildings located at 330, 332, 334, and 336 Michigan Street, Victoria BC.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is currently an Addendum (Addendum #1attached below) issued for amendment to the Tender Documents and forms an integral part of the Tender Documentation. Tenderers must acknowledge inclusion of this addendum on the tender form by referencing DCM Addendum #1 and the total number of 1 page for this addendum.
Bidders must complete the tender documents as provided by Durwest Construction Management Inc. Tenders must be submitted by email ONLY no later than 3:00 P.M. local time, Thursday, March 9, 2023. Tenders received after this time will not be accepted.
