INVITATION TO QUOTE

1.1 The Capital Regional District Integrated Water Services (CRD) invites quotes from qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of one (1) – Tracked ATV.

1.2 Sealed bids should be clearly marked “Quote for the Supply & Delivery of Tracked ATV, ITQ No.2021-736, Attention: Gord Dimock, Purchasing Assistant”,

1.3 Quotes will be received via email to PurchasingIWS@crd.bc.ca until 2:00 pm, PST, Tuesday, December 7th, 2021. Quotes received after the closing will not be accepted or considered. Delays caused by any delivery, courier or mail service(s) will not be grounds for an extension of the closing time. Proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened to the Proponent.

1.4 Inquiries related to this ITQ should be made in writing to gdimock@crd.bc.ca, seven (7) days prior to close as indicated in section 1.3. The CRD reserves the right not respond to inquiries received within the seven (7) day period before close

1.5 Quotes must be submitted on the following forms which are provided in this Invitation to Quote:
a) Bid Form
b) Schedule of Quantities and Prices
c) Note that the contract is pro-forma only and is not required to be filled out and submitted by the bidders.

1.6 The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
