TOWER FENCE PRODUCTS LTD. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION

Take notice that on June 26, 2020 a Certificate of Completion, or court order to that effect, was issued with respect to the Contract between Tower Fence Products Ltd. (Contractor) and the CRD (Owner) in connection with an improvement on land described as follows:

Hartland Landfill, #1 Hartland Avenue, Saanich, B.C.  V9E 1L7

All labour, material and equipment required to supply and install all of the work outlined in the CRD's Contract 30.20.06-01 for the Hartland Landfill West Side, North End Perimeter Fence Relocation.

All persons entitled to claim a lien under the Builders' Lien Act and who performed work or supplied material in connection with or under the contract are warned that the time to file a claim of lien may be abridged and Section 20 of the Act should be consulted.

CONTRACT 30.20.06-01

INVITATION TO TENDER

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "Tender for HARTLAND LANDFILL WEST SIDE, NORTH END PERIMETER FENCE RELOCATION, CONTRACT 30.20.06-01" will be received by the General Manager, Parks & Environmental Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 625 Fisgard Street, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00:00 pm local time on Thursday, April 16, 2020, at which time they will be opened in public.

The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include the following:

Supply and installation of a chainlike fence in a forested area, including clearing and grubbing.  Supply and installation of six (6) gates and two CSP culverts.

Digital copies may also be downloaded from www.crd.bc.ca/about/contracts-rfps/ and at www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at Hartland Landfill, #1 Hartland Avenue at 10:00 am, Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
