HARTLAND LANDFILL NORTH AUTOMATED WEIGH SCALES –
SCALE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT 17-1924B
INVITATION TO TENDER
Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "Tender for Hartland Landfill North Automated Weigh Scales – Scale Building Construction, Contract 17-1924B" will be received by the General Manager, Parks & Environmental Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 625 Fisgard Street, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00:00 pm local time on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at which time they will be opened in public.
The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include the following:
A two-story, 178 square metre, post-disaster Part 3 Building for the Hartland North Automated Weigh Scales that's 7.58m high but excludes foundations and civil servicing works completed by others. The main building components include administration and operation space for scale attendants and first aid facilities.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at Hartland Learning Centre, #1 Hartland Avenue at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 8, 2020.
