Project Description:
The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) invites detailed proposals from Architects in strict accordance with the Proposal Documents. The purpose of this RFP is to select an Architect to provide Services as the Architect of Record and Coordinating Registered Professional for the Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, Construction Contract Administration and Post Construction phases of the CRHC's proposed 104 unit complex in the District of Saanich.
A contract will not necessarily result from this RFP. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a competition. This is a Request for Proposal and not a tender call.
