Project Description:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select a Civil Engineer to provide Services for the Preconstruction (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Procurement), Construction Services, and Post Construction Services for the CRHC’s proposed 151 unit apartment complex.  In the provision of the Services, the Civil Engineer must meet all CRHC specifications contained herein.
