Project Description:
The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Capital Regional District (CRD) and a non-profit provider of affordable rental units in the capital region. Founded in 1983, CRHC is the largest social housing provider on southern Vancouver Island, operating nearly 2000 rental units in more than 50 complexes across 7 municipalities. The CRHC is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural Services to support the Planning and Development of new CRHC Redevelopments. This RFQ is intended to pre-qualify Architectural Firms, short-listing those who meet the qualification criteria. Subsequent Request for Proposals (RFPs) will result to a minimum of three (3) Pre-qualified Firms who have been short-listed.
This RFQ is also posted on BC Bid (www.bcbid.ca).
