The project consists of a redevelopment of 1230 Grant Street, 1209, 1218, 1219, 1220, and 1228 North Park Street, 1219 Vining Street, 1235 Caledonia Avenue, and 1211 Gladstone Avenue (CRHC’S Caledonia Townhouse Development). The new affordable housing residential development will include a four-story wood frame apartment, a five-story wood frame apartment, and three (3) separate three-story townhouses.
The two (2) apartment buildings and one (1) townhouse are fixed on an underground concrete parkade with 109 parking spaces and two entrances. The last two (2) townhouses are fixed to concrete footings beside the concrete parkade. All buildings are designed to Step Code-4 of the BCBC, BC Housing Guidelines are required to be followed for the project.  The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
