The Capital Regional District (CDR) invites proposals from qualified contractors (bidders) to undertake the CRD Annual Traffic Count Program – 2022. Received proposals will evaluated for the selection of a firm to enter into a Contract to provide the services described in Appendix A – Scope of Services.
The goal of the CRD Annual Traffic Count Program – 2022 is to acquire data on traffic volumes from the locations identified on the list in Appendix B and shown on the maps in Appendix C.
The CRD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the agreement for a four (4) month period each year for up to four (4) years on mutually agreed rates in advance of the work commencing.
The CRD reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition. The lowest or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
