The Capital Regional District is issuing this Request for Expressions of Interest as part of the CRD’s Biosolids Beneficial Use Definitive Plan, to assist in determining a long-term solution for beneficial use of their biosolids as potential thermal technologies that have a Technology Readiness Level of 6 or higher; as defined by Innovation, Science and Economic 

Development Canada for the construction of a demonstration plant and subsequent operation for a period of up to 12 months.
