Project Description:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select a Civil Engineer to provide Services for the Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Negotiation, Construction Contract Administration and Post Construction phases of the CRHC’s proposed affordable housing development. The prospective project is anticipated to consist of a 6-story wood framed, mixed-use development (125+/- units) containing ground level commercial space, a multi-unit residential building and one level of underground parking.
