Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope “Contract 2020-637 – Magic Lake Estates Sewer Replacement- Phase 1" will be received by the Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00 pm local time on January 28, 2021.

The works to be constructed under this Contract include, but are not limited to installation of approximately 2.9 Km of 150-250 mm gravity sewer, 36 manholes and 805 m of 100 mm sanitary forcemain in the Magic Lake Estates area located on Pender Island.

Digital copies of Specifications, Drawings, Contract Documents, and Tender Form will be available for no cost electronic download from the CRD website at https://www.crd.bc.ca/about/contracts-rfps/current after registering as a vendor. Registration is done on the website at no cost.  

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting to ensure that they have satisfied themselves of everything and of every condition that could affect the execution of the work on January 7, 2021 at 9:30 am.  Tenderers are requested to meet near the intersection of Pirates Road and Cannon Crescent.
