 Notice is hereby given that Capital Regional District (the “CRD”), intends to extend the term of an existing Contract (No. 2020-561) to the following supplier to continue providing its web-based platform for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting sewer flow data.  The proposed contract extension is for an additional five (5) years at an estimated value of $30,000 per year.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, CRD has chosen not to proceed with a new competitive process for the following reasons:

  • the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected vendor and no alternative or substitute exists
  • to ensure compatibility with existing technology and custom analysis/reporting systems

infinitii ai’s web-based platform receives sewer flow data from over 40 CRD sewer flow meter sites. Their software includes proprietary tools that enables the CRD to analyze data and create custom reports for more effective analysis. 

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Shari McCreesh, by email to PurchasingIWS@crd.bc.ca before 2:00pm Pacific Time, February 26, 2024. CRD will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
