The Work comprises of the supply of all labour, supervision, tools, equipment, vehicles, materials, storage, delivery, and all other services required by the Contractor to provide comprehensive Landscape Maintenance Services at multi-family residential sites owned or operated by CRHC, known as ‘LIST B’.
Specifications, Drawings, Contract Documents, and Tender Form will be available for download from the CRD website by registered contractors; and at the Capital Region Housing Corporation, 631Fisgard Street, Victoria, BC on or after April 5th, 2023.
Digital copies may also be downloaded from www.crd.bc.ca/about/contracts-rfps/ by registered contractors at no cost.
Copies obtained from the Capital Region Housing Corporation, on payment of $25.00 (GST included) for each copy requested, the sum of which is non-refundable. Please call in advance for hard copy pick up. Please bring your copy to the Mandatory Site visit for ease of reference.
A mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at “BROCK PLACE”, 882 Brock Avenue, on Friday, April 14th at 10:30AM. This site meeting will occur immediately following the 169-23 pre-tender meeting. Please call CRHC in advance of the meeting to confirm attendance if you will not be attending the 169-23 pre-tender meeting to ensure that we communicate a more accurate start time. The meeting will commence next to the playground on the property, there are visitor parking stalls available for contractor use next to the playground or street parking. The meeting will proceed into the site once the attendance is closed, at 10:35 am. The meeting may proceed to another ‘LIST B’ site, if required.
Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "170-23 ITT LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES - LIST B" will be received by the Capital Region Housing Corporation (‘CRHC’) at their offices at 631 Fisgard Street, Victoria, British Columbia up to 3:00:00 pm local time on April 28th, 2023, at which time they will be opened in public.
