SSI 2022-013 Centennial Park Revitalization

The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following:
 
The removal and replacement of the existing Centennial Park concrete and brick paver plaza in Ganges, Saltspring Island BC. New works include the replacement of approximately 1275 square meters of sand blast patterned cast in place wire mesh reinforced concrete, updates to the on-site drainage, lighting, landscaping and furnishings as well as approximately 56 m of new concrete curb and gutter on the NW and SW limits of the plaza. The existing curb and brick sidewalk on Fulford-Ganges Road and the planters and trees that border and occur within the plaza will be retained.
