Notice of Intent

Specialized Consulting Services - Integrated Resource Management

Issue Date:  November 2, 2017
Expiry Date:  November 8, 2017

Notice is hereby given by the Capital Regional District (CRD) of its intent to purchase specialized consulting services direct from HDR Inc. to advance the CRD’s Integrated Resource Management (IRM) planning and procurement strategy, and facilitate the finalization and execution of an IRM procurement plan by mid-2018.  The CRD anticipates a further open Request for Proposal to hire a consultant to assist with IRM project implementation.

As the value of this particular contract is estimated to be over the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) threshold, this notification is required under NWPTA for single/sole supplier procurement.
