The CAPITAL REGION HOUSING CORPORATION (“CRHC”) invites detailed proposals from contractors (the "Proponents") in strict accordance with these Proposal Documents (CRHC, RFP No. 166/22). The proposals will be evaluated for the selection of a contractor (or contractors) with the intent to enter into a contract (the “Contract”) to provide the services described in Appendix “A”. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select one or more contractor(s) (the “Contractor”) to provide pest control management services at multi-family residential complexes owned or managed by the CRHC. The work at minimum includes monthly pest inspections, including exterior rodent control at designated CRHC properties & on demand pest control services for a fee at all other sites, as required. In the provision of the Services, the Contractor must be certified by the B.C. Ministry of Environment under the Integrated Pest Management Act to use pesticides in the category of Structural-Integrated Pest Management.

Proposals must be in a sealed package and marked on the outside with the Proponent’s name, title of the Project and RFP number on or before the following date and time (the “Closing Time”)
