What are the fees for a development application?
Development application fees can be found in the JdF Electoral Area Development Fees and Procedures Bylaw. The fees are also included in each development application form.

What happens after I submit a development application?
Your development application must include all the necessary forms, documents and fees. Once you submit a complete application, staff will review it to make sure that it meets all applicable bylaws and regulations.  Staff might ask you for more information or let you know that your application is ready to move forward in the approval process.

Staff will let you know if your application needs to be reviewed by the Juan de Fuca Land Use Committee, an Advisory Planning Commission and the CRD Board.
