We work to restore water as quickly and as safely as possible. Please report any water outages in the Juan de Fuca Water Distribution Service Area or Local Service Areas to 250.474.9600 (8:30-4:30, Mon-Fri). For after hours emergencies, call 250.474.9630 or 1.855.822.4426.

The map below shows current and future planned water outages for the Juan de Fuca Water Distribution Service Area (Colwood, Langford, Metchosin, View Royal, Sooke, parts of Highlands and the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area (East Sooke), and Local Service Areas (Salt Spring Island, Southern Gulf Islands and Juan de Fuca). If you are experiencing water outages and do not live in one of these areas, please contact your water service provider.
