The Capital Regional District (CRD) has constructed a new dock, with approximately 720 feet of lineal moorage space, on the east side of Mayne Island in Horton Bay. The new dock facilities opened in the fall of 2022 to provide transient, monthly, and annual moorage. There is upland parking available, as well as a vault toilet.
