Residents or industries moving into or out of the CRD Retail Water Service Area (which includes East Sooke, Colwood, Langford, Metchosin, Sooke and View Royal) should contact the Water Billing Division to set up or change a water service account.
Note: Residents living in municipalities other than those listed above should contact their own municipality for this service.
