Rates
- General refuse
- Bin area: $107/tonne plus $10 charge *
- Active face: $107/tonne, $10 minimum
- Bulky waste: $247/tonne, $10 minimum
- Controlled waste, $152/tonne (requires a permit)
- Drywall (maximum 100 kgs): $202/tonne, $10 minimum
- Household Hazardous Waste, no charge (advise attendant)
- Product Stewardship Items, no charge (advise attendant)
- Recycling area
- $6 per residential customer
- $26 per commercial hauler
- $20 additional fee for each appliance that contains or contained refrigerants
- Wood waste (lumber): $107/tonne plus $10 charge *
- Mattresses/Box Springs: $107/tonne plus $10 charge *
- Yard & garden material
- less than 3" diameter: $57/tonne, $10 minimum
- more than 3" diameter: $107/tonne, $10 minimum
* Small loads of general refuse will be directed to the bin area at $107/tonne plus a $10 charge.
Covered Loads
All loads must be covered and secured in order to reduce litter on roadways. Those vehicles arriving with uncovered and/or unsecured loads will be charged double the normal fee.
Accepted Payment Methods
Cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard and cheque are acceptable payment methods.
Please note that cash is the fastest payment method.
