A Model Pesticide-Use Bylaw
The Capital Regional District (CRD) supports the short-term reduction and long-term elimination of non-essential pesticide use in our community.
A model bylaw has been developed for the consideration of local municipalities.
The model bylaw, completed after public consultation, could be adopted by a municipality "as is" or modified to fit local needs.
