Dogs for Adoption
Rufus – 25361
Rufus is a 2 year old neutered male Lab Border Collie X. Rufus is not a dog for the first time dog owner. He will be a great dog with the right type of leadership and training. Rufus requires a home where he will know who is the boss and get lots of exercise. He would make a great companion for a runner or someone who is into flyball or agility and can burn off his extra energy. As Rufus will be a more difficult dog to place due to his energy we are trying to place him into a foster home until a great home is found for him.
Arbie – 25555
Arbie is a 3 year old neutered male Husky Lab mix. He is a very sweet well behaved dog who is looking for a home that will take the time to introduce him slowly to the rest of the world. Arbie is not for the first time dog owner. He needs a confident person who will show him the ropes and teach him that life is not as scary as he thinks it is. Once Arbie is comfortable with you he is so very sweet and well behaved. He will require a secure yard as he may bolt if frightened.
Prince– 25560
Prince is a two year old Pitbull Lab mix. He is a lovely outgoing dog who is looking for the same in a family. Prince is a natural athlete and knows his basic commands. He will need a family committed to take him to obedience classes to further his education so he becomes a well trained member of the community. Prince seems to do just fine with other dogs.

1 – 4pm Monday to Saturday
The Pound is closed to the public on Sundays and holidays.
